Harbinger produces functional stock and custom cabinetry in traditional and contemporary designs. Cabinets are typically constructed with face frames but are available in contemporary frameless cabinets for sleek modern styling. The materials used are those customary to the industry. Generally, face frames, doors and drawer fronts are solid wood, while the cabinet box parts are either Duraprint furniture board or plywood. While we do produce unfinished cabinetry, we primarily pre-finish most of our cabinetry in our controlled plant environment. Harbinger offers a wide variety of exterior finish options ranging from light natural tones to hand-wiped walnut tones.

Physical distressing and hand glazing are a few of the more sophisticated finish options that are available to our clientele. The interior of our standard cabinets are done in an attractive natural maple or in a custom order white. Our standard drawer boxes are dovetailed constructed using birch plywood with a beautiful clear-coat finish. Drawers are also available in a solid wood dovetailed variety as an upgrade. Our standard product offering consists of over 400 cabinet items and are available in a diverse mix of over 50 traditional and unique door styles; most of which are offered in Alder, Oak, Maple, Hickory and Cherry woods. For rustic styling, we offer Knotty varieties of Alder or Hickory. We also offer a variety of Trim Packages, appliqués, carvings, spindles, and other stylish add-ons.
